Recipes for Eid Cakes | Special Crunchy Snacks Kastengel
 


Ingredients to Make Cake Lebaran Kastangel:


150 grams of wheat flour
25g cornflour
125 grams of butter + 1 tsp salt (mix well)
2 pieces of egg yolk
125 grams of cheddar cheese
baking powder 1/4 tsp

Kastangel smear material:
1 egg yolk
50 ounces grated cheese

How to make Crunchy Snacks Special Kastengel:
1. Mix the egg yolks with butter and egg yolk + salt using a mixer until well blended, not too long.
2. cheese then add cornstarch and flour little by little. Mix well by hand but do not knead that result in crisp and loud. Bring the dough and shape into a round.
